北京：《民族语文》1982年第1期19-26页。 任何语言的词汇都可以根据词和词之间意义的不同关系分为许多不同的类别,本文只讨论壮语中的同音词、多义词、同义词、近义词和反义词。在这些不同的词义类别中,除了各语言都有的一些共性之外,不同的语言还有自己的一些特点。就壮语而言,从这些不同的词义类别中,可以看出各方言土语在语音和词义方面的差异和相互交错的情况,也可以看到汉语对壮语词汇方面的深刻影响以及壮语词汇发展的趋向。

2014年，《语言科学》第3卷第3期（总第70期），281-289页。 文章基于每到某时候时间状语小句,考察了武鸣壮语nang2(每)在名词+nang2结构中的词汇化。该结构中的名词以典型的单音节时间名词为主,nang2来源于壮语tang2(到),经同化、重新分析而成ta。tang2(到)与高频词ngon2(日、天)结合发生同化音变,即ngon2 tang2-ngon2 nang2,天到初始结构被重新分为每天。伴随着nang2的语法化,名词+nang2(每) 结构发生了词汇化。动静态时间状语连续统有助于这一演化的认识。

贵阳：贵州民族研究1989年（季刊）第一期 （总第三十七期），75-79页。 元音分长短是壮语语音的里要特征之一, 但壮语元音的长短一般要在带 韵尾的情况下才能显示出来。由于某种原因主要元音和韵尾是韵母的组成部分, 韵母和声母又关系密切,所以, 依附在主要元音上的长短音就必然与声、韵发生关系, 形成有规律的对应。这些对应关系具有一定的研究价值,对于深入认识壮语语音规律具有重要意义。为此, 本文将以若干方言点为例,列出对应公式，并比之于壮语基础方言武鸣话,以此寻求壮语元音的长短在在同方言中所反映出来的不同对应形式。
