Ничего себе мало - 30% :-) И мне кажется не очень правильно что в последнее время стали указывать в разделах только по одному пользователю внесшему вклад. Как у вас там регулируется, но можно было бы сделать хотя бы по три. Если есть какое то минимальное количество, скажем 6 файлов, то оно не очень то уместно для маленьких разделов.
