Terra Publishing Co., 1977. — 316 p. — (Studia Amstelodamensia ad epigraphicam, ius antiquum et papyrologicam pertinentia XI).
At last, after nearly ten years, I present the second and last volume of the Wisconsin papyri, hoping that it will be of greater use than the first volume could possibly be and that the person to whom this volume is dedicated can be proud of it.
The present volume contains the remaining forty-six papyri of the Wisconsin collection. However, as three papyri have a different text on both sides, while inv. nos. 66a and 66b have been given separate publication numbers, the texts published in The Wisconsin Papyri II actually total fifty. Thirtynine texts are published here for the first time; the remaining items have previously been published elsewhere, but after a re-reading they are republished here so that all texts in the Papyrus Collection of the University of Wisconsin are now to be found in the two volumes of The Wisconsin Papyri.
